Joaquin Varela is a Personal Coach with over a decade of experience helping individuals build deeper self-awareness, strengthen communication, and create meaningful, lasting change. Since 2013, he has worked with people from diverse backgrounds, combining practical coaching tools with a compassionate, human-centred approach.

 

Alongside his coaching practice, Joaquin has experienced a profound spiritual awakening that led him to deepen his understanding of personal transformation through energy work and meditation. He is a certified practitioner of The Invisible Medicine (TIM) and has extensive experience facilitating breathwork, energy healing and transformational group experiences in the Byron Bay region.

 

Joaquin is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can slow down, let go of what no longer serves them, and reconnect with themselves and those around them. His work bridges grounded coaching with embodied awareness, making it accessible to people from all walks of life—from professionals and entrepreneurs to those seeking greater purpose, clarity and inner peace.

Natalie is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 16 years of experience in psychiatry, psychotherapy and mental health across the UK and Australia. Through both her professional work and personal healing journey, she bridges evidence-based mental health with transformational coaching and energy healing.
