T&Cs

By enrolling in the TIM Facilitator Training, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of all participants to read and understand these policies prior to reserving a place in the course.

1. Prior to Application

1.1 The 4-day Immersion training is a deeply transformative and energetically potent experience capable of shifting levels of consciousness.

1.2 To gain full benefit from the course, participants must be in stable psychological and physical health. By applying, you confirm that you are in a balanced state and ready to engage fully in the program.

1.3 Participants are required to complete the application form honestly and thoroughly. If you are already offering professional services, you agree to provide accurate information including your website, social media profiles, or other professional platforms. This ensures that all relevant information is shared and allows for proper assessment of your application.

1.4 Participants are required to disclose any factors that may impact their participation. Miriam reserves the right to decline or withdraw participation at any time without offering a refund if any relevant information is not shared or you haven't been honest. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Eligibility & Health Requirements

2.1 To participate in the TIM Training, applicants must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Notify Miriam if you have a history of psychotic breaks or epileptic seizures.

  • Notify Miriam if you have implanted a pacemaker.

  • Notify Miriam if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant prior to enrollment.

2.2 Participants are responsible for informing the organisers or Miriam of any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.

3. Deposit, Payment & Cancellation

3.1 Upon acceptance, a  1,000Aud or 1000Eur deposit must be paid within 5 days to secure your spot. Only applications with a paid deposit guarantee enrolment.

3.2 All payment are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend the training, and where possible, Miriam may offer you the option to transfer your application to a future intake upon payment of an additional AUD 1,000 - 2000 to cover accommodation and meals.

3.3 Failure to complete the scheduled payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments. In the event you choose to cancel, TIM Management reserves the right to recoup any overdue payments.

3.4 Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the Immersion start date, unless agreed otherwise, though instalment plans may be arranged where possible.

3.5 Participants are responsible for the cost of any additional services not included in the training package.

3.6 TIM Management strongly recommends purchasing travel or event insurance that covers your training investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you or the TIM Teacher from attending or delivering the training. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to: illness, personal circumstances, change of mind, global pandemics, flight cancellations, extreme weather events, natural disasters, wars, government restrictions or lockdowns, or any other unexpected situation beyond your or our control.

3.7 TIM Management reserves the right to cancel the training in advance if participant numbers are insufficient. In this case, participants will receive a full refund of any payments made.

In the unlikely event that the training needs to be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the TIM Teacher, such as illness, bereavement, or other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund may not always be possible, particularly if the cancellation occurs close to the training start date.

For this reason, participants are strongly encouraged to obtain separate travel or event insurance that provides coverage for their training investment and related expenses.

Where possible, participants’ places will be transferred to the next available training intake.
